Playa Vista Market Report: What $1.2M buys you around LA and Silicon Beach?

You might wonder what kind of property $1.2 million could buy in L.A? Check out the most recent edition of Curbed Comparison, in which my listing at Bridgeway Mills made it to the much followed and ever popular Curbed Los Angeles Real Estate Site as one of the most appealing properties in the $1.2 million price range. Another interesting read from Curbed LA regards a new office building near Playa Vista designed by the renowned architect, Frank Gehry. This new eight-story office project, called New Beatrice West, is planned to be a “green” building even including visually pleasing vine-like plantings and trees on most every level. The building plans offices in its top five floors with retailers and restaurants in the bottom three. Plenty of parking is also in the plans.
