Playa Vista Market Report: This Weekend – Two ‘Must-See’ Open Houses!!!

This week opened with six new listings! The Playa Vista condo resale market had 17 active listings, which is great news for buyers! Among the available condos for sale, only 3 (or less than 18%) are priced at less than $1M. For entry level homes, this means that homebuyers can still expect heated competition. By contrast, 55% of pending and sold sales are under the $1M price point. Clearly, there is an imbalance of supply vs. demand at this price sector. There is always hope that more inventory will become available to balance things out.
