Playa Vista Market Report: SFR Market Update and Enjoy the Labor Day Weekend!

With this being the holiday weekend, I am not expecting many new listings appearing online this weekend. Several properties listed in ‘active’ status have received offers so, the overall inventory will dwindle just a bit before new listings hit the market after the holiday weekend.

This week, I am honored to announce that 13077 Bluff Creek Drive just sold. This home is one of the original Spanish-style homes in the exclusive community; Icon. It sold today for $25,000 over asking at $2,385,000! This is one of the largest floor plans offered with the ideal layout of three bedrooms on the top floor, spacious living spaces on the 2nd level with panoramic bluff views, a sunny office, plus an en-suite bedroom with its own outdoor space on the ground level.

My listing sold quickly within the first week of debuting and is the highest priced home sold in Icon and Cielo since 2016.
