Last week, 8 new listings popped onto the Playa Vista condo resale market and half of them already have multiple offers! These listings ranged from just under $1M to the mid-$1.5M price point. The single-family resale market is also moving swiftly with most new listings selling in the first 1-3 weeks after debuting. With so many properties moving so quickly, this year’s total sales will most certainly surpass the year before.
