The opening of Seabluff sales gallery last week was an eventful weekend! There was a constant stream of guests and at times, a line just to get into the sales gallery. Finally, Playa Vista formally announce that Google is moving employees into the 300,000 sq. ft. Spruce Goose hangar this fall. We’re excited to welcome our new neighbor and can’t wait to see how the tech giant transforms the historical structure into new Google office space. With recent news that Apple will be leasing 128,000 square feet of office in nearby Culver City’s fashionable art gallery district and Amazon’s announcement, at the end of last year, that it will be expanding its SoCal presence with an additional 280,000 square feet of space in downtown Culver City, the footprint of Silicon Beach just expanded a little farther to the east.
