Today, THE PLAYA VISTA SPECIALISTS closed escrow on the sale of Serenade #128! We represented the sellers of this timeless, contemporary home and within the first week, our happy clients received multiple offers and accepted an offer at $35,000 over the asking price. The sales price of $1,225,000 is the highest priced condo ever sold in Serenade!

Yesterday, on Thursday, THE PLAYA VISTA SPECIALISTS sold an elegant townhouse in Tapestry II at 6020 Celedon Creek #3. Our clients, the sellers, quickly accepted an offer within 3 days after debuting. This ideally laid out 3-bedroom home sold at the offering price of $1,376,500, which is also a record breaking price.
