We are just starting the first week of February, the market is definitely scoring some touchdowns! Among the 7 new listings that kicked off last week in the Playa Vista condo resale market, 4 of them are already pending in escrow and 3 additional homes are in negotiations with multiple offers. The latter 3 homes will likely carry the ball into escrow by early next week.

Finally, several buyers asked me about the move of Amazon and Apple to nearby Culver City. Although it was in last week’s newsletter, here is a quick recap – Apple will be leasing 128,000 square feet of office spaces in nearby Culver City’s fashionable art gallery district and Amazon will be expanding its SoCal presence with an additional 280,000 square feet of space in downtown Culver City. This is welcome news that these two tech giants will be joining in expanding the Silicon Beach footprint to the east. Our community continues to grow and thrive!
For more information about any of the new homes or other properties featured in this newsletter or this week’s open house schedule, please feel free to contact me. I am happy to offer you additional insights about the community, Playa Vista Elementary School and the dynamic marketplace.
Enjoy your Super Bowl weekend!
