LW: What are some of the ways you use to get the word out about Playa Vista Real Estate?
WL: I have created the ultimate resource guide for Buyers, Sellers, and Residents, on one of the most visited websites dedicated to the Playa Vista Community, www.PlayaVistaHomeSales.com , and I write a weekly newsletter on our market conditions with up-to-date information for buyers at: www.PlayaVistaMarketReport.com .
LW: What qualifies you and your business partner, Julie Walker, to be THE PLAYA VISTA SPECIALISTS?
WL: Our connections to Playa Vista are deeply rooted. We literally live, work, and play here. Our experience allows us to personally, represent the Playa Vista Lifestyle, easily acquainting other agents and potential buyers with our neighborhood and its future developments. With 30 years combined experience, we are uniquely qualified to represent both sellers and buyers in this community.
LW: What is your vision for Playa Vista concerning the people and real estate?
WL: I want to share my knowledge, resources, time and energy in an effort to provide value to others. Whether it is to help buyers to be part of the Playa Vista community, demystify the buying process, educate them on current market conditions, protecting their interests, and/or continue to help current residents sell their homes in Playa Vista or trade up to larger homes. I believe in the “no-surprise” approach to selling real estate and, that open and honest communication is the key to a successful transaction. I am able to give people quality choices and realistic projections that assist them on how best they can achieve their real estate goals. What I would ultimately like to do, is establish a strong network of relationships and connections so that we can support each other within the community that we live.
